Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child has always been a SUMC tradition.  Each year we fill the lobby with boxes and our congregation selects a box.  Three weeks later the boxes are returned and dedicated to the Lord with prayer.  It is a wonderful way to start our Christmas season.  Please join us as we begin our celebration of Christ’s birth by giving a small gift to those in need.

The following are important dates for Operation Christmas Child.  Please consider volunteering to help with behind the scene tasks and of course filling a box or two.  Our goal this year is 500 boxes.  For more information, please contact Jill Iovino at jilliovino@comcast.net .
